Ausi-perth info - 10 points question?

Perth is not cheap. Western Australia is the most expensive state in Australia for real estate. That's the bad point. The good points are, it's a newer city than the eastern cities, very clean and well organised. Odd jobs don't pay much (maybe AU$ 10-20 an hour), make sure to have a work permit or it's gonna be very hard and risky (i mean they send you out of the country forever if they catch you) to find a job and without a job it's impossible to find rental property.
