What to write for communication cl paper?

I'm 16, studying travel n tourism but we have to do a communications cl, im realy quiet in cl, wich is nothink like me, normally im loud, chatty, confident but i got bullied at skwl when i was younger and now in cl i cant help but be quiet and as soon as i get out the clroom doors i act like me again anyways my teacher in this cl knows nothink about the subject but he thinks he does so he keeps putting me and my mate(shes also quiet & from a different country, so she doesnt know much english) on the spot, so in his opinion we will come out of ourselfs and be talkative but it has the wrong effect and now we hate going to the class and were more quiet and nervous as well, so anyways, he gave us homework, to write down our answers to some questions but 1 of the questions is how this class will help u and how you will accomplish your target, our target is to be more talkative but i cant answer it, ive tried all week to write it but i cant cos the class is making us worse, not helping at all and i dont have a problem with being talkative, its just in class, im a chatterbox with my mates, at work, everywhere, he knows nothink about communication, as i said my mates from a different counrty and i slow down what im saying, speak clearly and we have right good conversations but he dont try, treats her like shes thick, what should i write? x
