How can i get someones address with there license number?

I got into an accident nothing major just someone hit me from behind got some scratches vie never been in an accident before so i didn't write down all the info. I have his liscense number, first name, VI, and what type of insurance he has. is there a way i can find his address and last name with that info. I have to call and report a claim but i know they will ask for more info.. please help if u can thank you
