Testicular cyst/tumor?

When I was 14 years old, I noticed a very small bump(to small to describe) on my testicle...10 years later its the size of a pea. I first checked it out and the doctor said it was nothing...but now I am having testicular pain and right legt pain...this testicle hang much further down than the left one and the sperm cord is a lot longer(I think I have a vericocele) also a small cyst on the sperm cord too..I am going to see a doctor very soon but I am worried..I have had no tenderness of , no real back pain, I also play basketball everyday...anybody have a similar experience? Arent testicular tumors inside the testicular? I have constant pain in this testicle now and upper leg pain
