the last stanza has an allusion, and that's to Christ riding a donkey to Jerusalem. I don't know what similaies are. There's several hyperboles: monsterous head, devil's walking parody; there are no onomatopoeias; fishes flew, forests walked, figs grew upon thorn are oxymorons,
