Which one of these statements on firearms scares you the most?

C. Bill Clinton was President of the United States when he said this. He was sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States and this was in direct violation of the Constitution and of his vow. The fact that he can make a statement like this (against the Constitution) and believe that he had the right to act in whatever way he saw fit is down right scary! Especially seeing who is taking over the running of our country.
