What do you think of the name ' Mack '?

I actually dated a guy named Mack (full name mackenzie) in high school and thought it was so cool. Of course he had the whole jock thing with curly hair to pull it off haha. But I love it. I think it's very different and original. I just don't know if I would name my son Mackenzie--too girly, and you know they would get made fun of. He just never told anyone it was mackenzie and went by ONLY Mack. (but you know on the first day of school unless your parents enrolled you under a nickname, the teacher was going to call you that embarring full name). I tried to think about my children and what they would want someday when I chose their names..
