How to get hair that looks sleek like black celebrities?

i see gabriel union and halle berry and queen and megan good and i really want hair like that. i get relaxer 2 times a year and i continuously have to deal with htis hard to do hair! i just want it sleek like theirs instead of constanly puffy! is there any shampoo or something to help with it!
