Cheap DJ Gear, DJ on a Budget?

Well I'm 14 and I'm trying to start DJing at parties and stuff. I've been learning and searching online and been concentrating on either a Numark product, Denon, or Hercules. I would rather prefer a Pioneer CDJ-2000 with a DJM-800 but that's way out of my budget. With soundcards I'm not completely sure. I think a pretty affordable but good external sound card would be good. Then i would prefer more of a Controller than separate players and mixer. Maybe a good and quality All-in-1. Also, my budget is really really small. Probably around $500-$700 in total so please help.
