I'm looking for a book that I think is by Nora Roberts?

The book is about a girl who is abused by her mother. The father eventually comes in the picture and saves his daughter, the father is in a band. Anyway the young girl lives with her father and his future wife, then he has another child, a son. The son is eventually killed when he was a child and the girl watches is murder then blocks out the memory. It eventually tells who the killer was which was the bands manager. Please if you know tell me the name of this book. Thanks.
