Can someone explain "Reverse Funnel System"?

Hey all. I don't mean to sound stupid... I keep seeing "make money with "reverse funnel system".. but noone actually explains what it is. Anyways it might be a gimmick, but can someone explain what it is to me. Thanks for your answers
