Did I get ripped off for this framed painting?

So I have no idea about art but I just was at my campus vendor fair and saw this gorgeous framed piece of art. It's called dinner on the terrace by christa keiffer. This is what it looks like a href="http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Dinner-on-the-Terrace-Posters_i857897_.htm." rel="nofollow"http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Dinner-on-…/a Has an Eiffel tower in the background and dinner tables overlooking. It's about 3 ft by 2ft so really big and has a wooden frame. It is also texturized. What does that even mean? Like I felt it and is has like paint texture but does that mean it was printed like that or someone painted it? I was charged 50 dollars and I think I was probably ripped off but I hope not by too much? He said it would usually go for 200.. Please tell me what u think. Thanks so much.
