How do you housebreak a 2yr old and a 1 yr old brussels Griffon?

We also have a 14 yr old poodle (who does ok) and a total of 5 people in the house. The brussels seem to have lost their minds.. they were never crate trained , and kinda housebroken. It seems they will go outside and come back in to relieve themselves!The male has never hiked his leg before and has recently started doing that on the bed skirts.He has been neutered. My house is beginning to smell like a kennel no matter how close I watch them. They are usually left alone from 8-12 and 1-4pm.
