Should Socialism be outlawed as being unconstitutional?

Absolutely. I don't even understand why it already isn't banned. Why do we even have a communist party USA, when communism is clearly unconstitutional. This is a representative republic. It was established as one for a reason. All other attempts at changing our republic to any form of government that does not protect individual rights, freedom, private ownership, etc. should be treated as treason.
