Why do Democrats complain about American jobs going overseas when it's their fault for happening?

You can't have it both ways, heavy taxing and regulations and also be competetive. Barbara Boxer is against prop 23 and for the Global Warming "Final" Solutions Act which will effectively put the final nail in the california economy, yet she claims she wants to see "Made in the USA" on everything. I think the botox is affecting her brain.
